My specialty is in helping clients overcome Obsessional, Anxious, Depressive and Addictive Thinking Patterns. I offer clients practical skills to enhance self-esteem, tolerate difficult and painful emotions and improve and enrich personal and professional relationships.
The therapeutic approach I use is integrative and it includes; Mindfulness Techniques, Relational Psychotherapy, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I tailor treatment to the individual needs of each client and help you create positive, powerful and lasting life change in a nonjudgmental atmosphere of patience, compassion, humor and flexibility.
My background includes advanced Psychotherapy training from The Training Institute for Mental Health in Manhattan as well as comprehensive experience working in outpatient mental health and addictions treatment settings as a group and individual Psychotherapist.
Currently, I have an active Psychotherapy practice in Manhattan and I work with Individuals and Couples.
